Doubt if he can so a build out for anything close to what the deal here would cost him PLUS the fing bailout time schedule. I'm in the construction arena and it's takes time big time time which gets into the time value of money and many other hurdle with municipalities that you dont have with established properties. You just repurpose them!!! Besos knows enough to keep it simple.
