Possibly flooding, but province Shuangyashan in Heilongjiang sites do not show flooding that affected Japan so severely; so Yanglin MIGHT POSSIBLY BE UPDATING WEBSITE TO COME BACK SOONER!
SHUT DOWN OF WEBSITE always happens when website is rebuilt from 2013 to now & probably means they’re coming back sooner; despite hardline trump tariffs, Hong Kong, 2nd recession now & global downturn.
