Yea that’s called making a market. That’s how they do it everyday except some are greedy and that is their only purpose on otcs. They work in tandem to short the shite out of them and then help each other cover. CDEL, CSTI and GTSM all work together to do this routinely on otcs. They are not making a retail market, they are simply playing the bid and ask at every level of consolidation and making a killing. Other mms do the same but use retail orders to accomplish it. When the 3 amigos get caught too short, a little buying pressure moves the pps up quickly. It’s happened several times over the past few weeks to IGEN. That’s the game. Mms sell what they don’t have and then cover via retail capitulation that they induce using every tool in their toolbox.
