“Vancouver, BC – July 6, 2020 - Blue River Resources Ltd. (the "Company" or
"Blue River") (TSX V: BXR , OTC: BRVRF, Frankfurt: 0BL) is commencing a non-
brokered private placement for gross proceeds of up to $600,000. The private
placement will consist of up 60,000,000 units of its securities at $0.01 per unit.
Each unit consists of one common share and one – half warrant, with each full
warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share at an
exercise price of $0.05 per share
for a period ending 2 years from the date of
issuance.
Funds raised in this private placement will be used for mineral exploration,
development of the Company’s Corporate Social Responsibility Project with its
30% subsidiary and partner, Global Satellite Integration Ltd., and general working
capital purposes.
The private placement is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange
and all securities issued will be subject to a four-month hold period from the date
of issuance.”
