This cracks me up, email from John today:

I'll be releasing an update soon on NCR status and plans for shares.  The CAR offices have been closed for past few months, although they're working remotely.  They posted a couple of notices on their website that we're not able to see, we're trying to get copies. https://sae.car.gov.co/modulos/saepublico/Expediente.aspx?ID=46825
