Too funny! This was what the IR guy said on 5/14 in an email inquiry from another poster. It says “We are unable to give a time frame because we can not estimate the time the SEC will take to review the S-1”... So now it has nothing to do with the “we cannot estimate the time the SEC will take to review the S-1” because it was never submitted in the first place. Therefore Kona “knowingly” provided false information to shareholders! What’s the appropriate “thank you” card for something like that? We’re gonna find out... Enjoy...
