All of the US mso's are in a race to descheduling or outright total legalization for adults for marijuana in the US. Most of these guys have persevered in an unbelievable atmosphere, without any tools or support from government, bankers, brokers and any others that supply these services to business. These mso's have niched out safe areas to build out their businesses in anticipation of US politicians getting the work done to launch the biggest greenrush the world will ever see. CBD's became a segway but encumbered by a myriad of State and Interstate rules and whether it is derived from hemp or marijuana. They are also moving on pharma products with THC which is also doable with a lot of care. I strongly believe that this will be sorted out with the next election or shortly thereafter. I would love to see it on the presidential ballot. The minute this happens it will open the floodgates to the largest greenrush that the world will ever see. It will be Canada x 10 at minimum because Canada has implemented a lot of stupid rules and regulations that are not conducive to sales. The States is getting a lot of that right in anticipation of putting that great US productivity on shelves for consumers and profits in investor's pockets. Like any other business there will be winners and losers, less if this new incubator can finance to buy themselves some time to get to profits. I am a big fan of Acreage because of their connections to Canopy and Constellation who have positioned themselves with Acreage for US operations which are essential to being the world leader. Sadly, investors are disappointed over the pitfalls which Acreage has had to deal with but the trifecta of companies has cash and the ability to raise more if needed. glta and dyodd
