I'm no expert, but they didn't buy the company to be nice to shareholders. Share structure here is terrible. You can bet they are going to use that to their advantage.

I'm hopeful for a way to get some of my money back, but also doubtful. I'll put 'em up on the grays in a coupla weeks. Doubt there will be any market interest though.

Once Orie raised the AS my gut said "get out"....but I didn't. I sat with it for another year plus. I didn't add any more though on this last run, so my losses are not big compared to some, but right now, as my new business barely floats, they hurt a lot.
