Working on it, that was the reason for browsing the Web Way Back Machine for profit.ly (regarding CYDY), You never know what you might find, who else you might find, or possibly information about an attack was set up on another stock, nothing wrong with piling on if there are more leads.

I started to file a SEC complaint last night, but after some thought decided the FBI was a better route. If the FBI came knocking on the SEC's door for information the SEC might be motivated to do a little looking of their own.

With the FBI, there could be hope for fallout like frozen assets, or a word to the IRS. If he and his minions aren't trading in qualified accounts, short term gains have a lot of tax consequences.
