Ok, so why were the 3rd quarter fins delinquent last year?

Look I'm a long, I'm holding my shares, but there's no simple under the rug excuse for why things are late, late again, and always late. The simplest answer is there are problems, and I'm sorta assuming at this point the problems are somewhat big and could likely impact q2 fins getting out on time as well. I hope not, but there's nothing in pctls history to indicate they'll be out on time
