You don’t get it. When a lender agrees to exchange $18.5M in debt for 51% of the company, what does that tell you?

It means that the total value would be worth over $37M.

If this isn’t perceived as good news, then I really don’t know what to tell ya!

Obviously the overhanging RS talk and high OS discourages trader groups. But this can be fixed if SL and CD are ready to make shareholder friendly moves and PR it.
