Sorry to correct! Per the T/A, there were over 300 MILLION shares Outstanding on June 12, 2020! How many additional shares have blown out the doors since June 12?

The Outstanding share count has nearly doubled, following the announcement of DECN's COVID-19 testing initiative in Mid-March! DECN's long-term investors may not understand what has happened, but they have gotten bludgeoned by CEO Keith Berman's dilution!
