They won't file, IMO.

The Company is hopeful that the government will relax quarantine restrictions in the near future, allowing it to complete the audit and then file the 2019 10-K on or before July 30, 2020. The Company now expects to file 2020 Q1 10-Q on or before August 15th 2020 and to file the 2020 Q2 10-Q 2020 on or before August 31, 2020, the normal extended time.



But the annual results are completely irrelevant. It's all about a potential Fredly deal and the stock dividend. Even large meteorites strike every 100 million years on average.
