I understand your frustration but SIRC is not a class action case. Beginning of 2020 I’ve lost 6k with another solar company named RGSE and that was a class action case. The CEO lied multiple times about millions $$ contract and huge backlog when none was true. I have move to SIRC cause they looked very promising and had good uptrend until the label came.

Still believe they can turn this situation around otherwise I’d move somewhere else.
