Don't feel bad about buying anything you can afford under $2 here if indeed your a long term holder. If your looking to flip then buying at bottoms is essential. I would not be expecting a settlement soon, these tech giants run it out as long as possible because they hate booking the loss. Look for Google to delay delay delay until ordered to pay up. There is however a strong chance that when a trial is set and PTC (pre-trial conference) is set to go, settlement talks get intense during that time and there is a strong likelihood in reference to historical data that Google settles before going to trial. So the key is getting this trial date set.

And in the mean time, NLST will just continue doing millions and millions in revenue and growing monthly while we wait for the big pay day which in itself shows how undervalued this current PPS is.
