You are mistaken in this belief. It can happen and has happened that stocks uplist without out warning more than what has been given. When you see the 8K it will already have happened and the symbol will temporarily change to CYDYD and all shares returned to the transfer agent for the switch then it will be known to the regulators who was swimming naked in the short share pool and dark pools. All borrowed shares for shorting must be returned to transfer to the new exchange. This could literally be this very morning before market open. That would be unlikely but Tuesday of next week would be a prime day to do it.
