You need to face reality! Inspyr to License Oncology Related Compounds to Ridgeway Therapeutics Inc. The setup is for Ridgeway legally acting as the broker. There is no payment until Ridgeway success.

Read the key words stated "$12 million in success-based milestones from the Transaction. (in success-based milestones) that is base on the condition string attacked. So what is the condition/success-based milestones? That we don't know squat! They cover no details at all. The way I view is if Dr Hislop can't find us the buyer then that is consider no success, no money exchange hands.

This could be hundred million/billion dollars deal. Big deal like this under negotiation it take months, years for Dr Hislop working discussion aimed at reaching an agreement. One thing is for sure. For them to hire interim ceo, do the tweets, filings, renews patents...all that positives things they do indicated something is cooking...The agreement is 18 months. who know may be 18 months is the time he need to connecting us with the buyers.

I trusted Dr Hislop. I believed very soon he will connecting us with the buyer just like he did with two other companies. Billion dollar deal take time...It been only a few months since the tweets out, website, renew patents, and filings...

The road to success and the road to failure are almost exactly the same.

Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.

I won't sell my share give up hope here. Matter of fact I might add a lot more. Who know...? we might be very close to success. imho.
