Hi YoTRacer758, I am a COHO shareholder, based on your message that COHO is going private, does that mean all my shares would be worthless, or will the old COHO shareholders become the shareholders of the new company “the one building malls which probably has good revenues”, after they have reverse merged into a new ticker. Could you please explain, I am very confused, as to what will happen to the existing shareholders. Also Orie has not put out any communication regarding this, no PR or 8k nothing. I would be very thankful for your thoughts / explanation. Thanks for your time and patience.
