Everything is going well here but here is the problem. 1.6 Billion shares for PMCB.

Why did Tilray run so far so fast? Share structure. They did not have very many shares to trade. So many shares were locked up, that single shares of stock were trading hands multiple times daily. KABOOM!

When the stock amount is high, say 1.6 Billion, then the inverse is true. It will take exceedingly high volume to move the stock.

And every time they sell more shares, it becomes harder for us longs to experience KABOOM or Kaboom light even.
