Ladies n Gentlemen. Please be advised that the volume is low because most of us are not selling at the low we pretty much all waiting on news from Amaz which is coming soon.we all need to increase our sale prices to over .04 and when the news drops we be ready then.

Few very important things to keep in mind.

1. The company calendar year ends at the end of July. This means they have to Report there Annual report By the end of July / first week in August. Expect news.

2. The company last 8k report stated that they are late in filing the 3quarter report and were granted more time to report it. They stated that 45 days from that 8k report they will report again. The 45 day will fall on or around Aug 1. This makes two reports that are due at the end of july / Aug 1 ish...

3. Company suddenly diluted there stock by adding more shares outstanding however the float stood the same and these shares appear to in storage at a DTC looks like they created them for a reason. They may announce this soon too. Could be for many different reasons for example create a Reverse Split Scenario where they can increase share price to get over $1. To get listed on the Nasdaq like Torchlight Energy Is. Amaz did a reverse split I believe back in 2015 wouldn't surprise me if they did it again. Another example would be they got a new DIP Loan and in exchange the lender bank wanted shares of the company in which there were none available for them to give them at the time so they created more to give to lender bank for Dip Loan. Or they are Being Bought out by Torchlight energy. They both been dealing with each other for years Torchlight is on the Nasdaq and if you call the number for Amaz Torchlight energy voicemail picks up..... They both share same address same suite cant be a coincidence... Something Up..
