An uplist will be a huge benefit.

NASD is a legit market with supervision and employees that take SEC Laws seriously. The first Naked Short led Bear Raid would be the participants last.

A new sheriff will be in town.

Why is this a positive? Any US Stock Broker can recommend a buy or sale. No sign off by the client as needed for the current corrupt market.

Institutions can buy. The vast majority can not at this time.

The Market Makers will know the days of past wire rope walking with rules are over. All trades can be studied at any time by NASD investigators.

I guessing a 10 to 20% valuation increase when the uplist occurs.
