OK so one is just an alias, which IHub reserves the right to refuse or grant, while the other is to pretend to be another person or entity, with the intent to deceive, usually for some illegal or unethical purpose. As you can see with this explanation, there is quite a large difference between the two.

I mean you can, but for sure it's illegal, at least in my Country.

Yes most definitely it is.

Impersonation under any light is negative.



This is 100% false. For example, if someone dresses up and pretends to be Santa Claus for a child, this would not be viewed as negative.

So why else does he even have the username and profile picture of the company?



I can't speak for them, but there's nothing wrong with that.
