Good Day Today !! I believe $4.22 is an activation price for some existing Warrants. Frost mentioned about some Warrants in the virtual investors meeting . I also believe $5.47 is an Early Conversion Price for those warrants. Who happen to be owned by Frost. What is important here is the higher Frost lets the share price go ? the more those warrants are worth.
A point to be made is that conversion would help the shorts cover. Next important point is We have an All Time High of $19.20 back in 2015 and new all time high is more than probable IMHO . also if you look at the image I posted the most important part imo is in Red the 2003 $3.00 Puts @.54 September 18th so someone invested $1001.50 to protect themselves.
