No one as far as I knows who died. More importantly, the company shouldn't stop because of Peter or problems affecting Peter. I am very sorry for his situation, but Peter is not according to Steve Sulja managing this company. If there is to be a pr release, imo, this unfortunate incident should not be any reason for delaying a pr.
