I hear ya. I used to be the same way until I emailed CLSI and the owners there backed up the exact DD. Call the new management of CLSI and I'm sure they will speak to you, and answer all or most of your questions as possible.

Additionally, the DD CLSI has conveyed to other shareholders on this board does not breach any SEC laws that I am aware of. All shareholders can speak with management, ask questions and get answers whether it was in a meetings phone conversation or through others. Shareholders do it all the time with Warren Buffet and Charlie Munger, as an example.

Makes no different to me if CLSI spoke with anyone, or posted DD, in the end, one has to make their own choices, and then OWN IT! I read all kinds of information posted here and other boards, but in the end, I check it out by researching on the internet, chats, and making calls. It's just part of the formality. But to push anyone into doing your own work is not worth it. But, you can join in with others and the DD becomes much more meaningful and rich.

In short, been where you are, and have moved up. Working as a group serves up more rewards faster, than working alone. That's all I am saying. Good luck!
