Quick notes from the hearing...

-2nd draw was completed for full amount on DIP
-delivering business plan to all stakeholders today as required
-looking at extending timeline for July 14th potentially
-will be determined by feedback from stakeholders on this updated plan
-paying deferred rent starting tomorrow
-KPMG LLP order signed
