There is zero value to shareholders when URBT will be streaming video to zero users in my own opinion. Great that you are building your infrastructure and wasting any funds to stream on AWS (Amazon). It seems that you will be competing with Amazon for video customers - and Amazon video is free to Prime customers.

A complete waste of effort and again, management in my opinion will once again fall on its own sword.

On the urbt.tv website it states: "URBT TV We Have More Than 10,000 movies in our library." from https://urbt.tv/about-us/.

IN MY OPINION - THERE IS NO POSSIBLE WAY THIS IS TRUE.

From Barclays: "As of March 29, Amazon Prime Video offered 18,405 movies and 1,981 TV shows in the U.S., while Netflix stocked 4,563 movies and 2,445 series, according to an analysis by Wall Street research firm Barclays."

So, the content that URBT has is almost 50% of Netflix or Amazon's? In my opinion - this is complete BS and if URBT has raised any capital and has lied about the amount of content it has, then they may or could, in my opinion, be involved in fraudulent activities.

You might want to address the SEC investigation of related companies.

In my opinion, this is a scam where the management team raises capital, spends it on itself, creates companies and news releases, and shareholders lose out.

Also, answer the question on how and where the money came from for the Studio (that is not being used) on 11705 Willake St, Santa Fe Springs? Is this property owned or leased?
If it is owned - by management or by a management owned company - where did the money come from?
Why aren't the financials of Urban Television Network Corp published?
How much money have you raised for URBT?
What are you spending the money on?
How many paying subscribers do you have?
How many movies are viewable on your platform?
Why is your live video either not working or a repeating ad?
Where did you get the content from for 10,000 movies?
