$ERBB -Like many OTC companies uses those to raise $$!! Unless a company has Harry Potter , most need to use funds to grow and develop business. Now a NYSE or NASDAQ company can get capital many ways. An OTC company is limited. Hence the reason many many NOT just ERBB turn to convertible debt. Me if a company has too much convertible debt, I simply don't buy! But NO OTC company is a long term investment
