This is great news! One debt was settled with 50M shares, but there weren't 50M new shares available in the AS, so I think this suggests insider shares took care of most if not all of that 50M share payout rather than dilution. As to the rest of the news, even better: one claim was denied, and all other claims are disallowed. This clears the way for a 100% perfectly clean shell with zero debt to be offered up for reverse merger. I think we'll see delinquent filings submitted before long at OTC Markets, which will mean Pink Current status, and then whatever incoming company Lazar finds for a reverse merger will tell the rest of the story with this ticker...
