Brent, I have said this before and I say it again. Jim Robertson is a nice guy but he really doesn't know anything and I mean anything. He doesn't even think that the BOD has a responsibility to the shareholders. Any responsibility!!
We are nothing more than people who have gotten in the way. As he told someone yesterday CDCH was doing just fine as a private company before they bought a public company. ANd maybe they were, but now that they are a public company they really should be answering some of these questions without having to be asked. THis is the same arguement we had about a month ago. What is a BODs resonsibility to it's share holders? Well my $300K says it's alot more than what they are doing now. It ain't rocket science....I do that every time I go to work. This is just about integrity and character. And please don't tell me I don't have the right to ask and if I don't get an answer criticize them for failing in their obligations. I do. I paid for that right when I bought their stock. Do I think they are going to make a bunch of money _____ yes. Do I like they way they are handling themselves and my investment______definitely not. And plesase don't any of you say you can sell....that will not change the necesity for the BOD to act like a BOD.
