Can an explanation be given for what this means?

First, when Nasrat came on board revenues were a small percentage of FY2020.

Regardless of how condescending & superior the CEOs attitude towards shareholders may be, they are entitled to ask their questions and the CEO should graciously answer no matter how irrelevant this egotistical CEO feels they are

One of the reasons Nasrat moved away from live callers to questions submitted prior to the CC was to avoid irrelevant and inane questions.

Actually, the primary reason new CEOs come in is because the previous CEO has either faltered or has demonstrated an inability to move the company to the next level. Like any new CEO, they bring in trusted people that share similar ideas for the future. Not those that BOW to the their brilliance! Utterly RIDICULOUS!!!!

I can tell you that new CEOs like to makeover the company they take control of and bring in those they feel bow to their "brilliance"

Just NONSENSE!! Although ELTPs share price would likely moved north upon this CEOs departure, his sale of stock and subsequent Form 4 filings, signaling lost faith or worse in Elites future, would rock Elites market and send it spiraling down

Over roughly the 36 weeks after leaving, he could sell a million shares each trading day.
