pennybuster....yes, they are "supposed to" disclose. Do they?

NOOOO !!! Very few do.

It has gotten better over the past few years. It's not nearly as taboo as it used to be when you see a disclosure. Three years ago, it was downright shocking. Now, it's commonplace.
