Seeking beta article may 29th is clearly extremely biased and outdated. Info out there for those willing to do DD on jcpnq.

Why would Amazon, Sycamore Partners, Walmart, ect all actively express interest / place competitive bids trying to acquire jcp in its entirety go out of their way to meet with jcp staff...... hmm, I wonder why.

Why do so many other analysts think this acquisition would be a “gold mine”, or refer to a jcp buyout as a “no brainer purchase”?
