So let me get this straight, the DUTROS and others had to file a motion to get the jury removed? And yet ALL CLAIMS and COUNTERCLAIMS will be heard?

"The Court ruled that all claims and counterclaims between Sector 10 and Dutro Company will be heard by the judge in a bench trial and not by a jury."

Does that include missappropriation of trade secrets? Is this what happens when someone gets caught lying during the summary judgement phase?

The judge reopens the orginal 11 year old complaint and then dismisses the jury so the judge is the only one that knows what happens? HELP!
