I'm aware of a few of these. Not sure how many are out there as potential shells. This could potentially be a benefit for a company that is currently generating revenue so it makes the reverse merger prospects a little more interesting.

Also, that article you posted about reverse mergers and Arcaro is old. Some of the paid promotion crap needed to be cracked down on and hopefully any efforts made will help to make these type of shell plays more legit. There is already plenty of risk buying into a shell with an unknown company and timeframe for a potential reverse merger but I assume the ones who play are ok with those odds. Good luck!
