Previous month's O/S was 692,428,496 shares, meaning American Green diluted over 300 million shares in a single month.

To put that into perspective for some of the regulars on here, that would be the equivalent of American Green dumping 150 billion shares (pre-split) in a single month. The O/S before the split was 30 billion shares, so five times as much, and it took 12 years to even get to 30 billion!! Shares have gone from 60 million shares in September to now almost a billion shares in July. That is 10 months and 940 million shares diluted.

American Green dumped more shares in the last month than any month prior. That explains all the pointless press releases!
