I also predict Inovio will get Federal dollars to manufacture the vaccine as has been provided other pharmas. It would make no sense for the DOD to fund a device without a vaccine to go along with it. Just a matter of time before its announced IMO. Its both the politically strategic thing to do if Trump is hoping for re election not to mention that it is kind of a must thing to do considering this corona is not disappearing until we get a vaccine so lining up as many pharmas with product in case one of them comes up with a viable vaccine is very important.
