Sorrento has potential to achieve vaccine too but.....
The whole difference is about if they have connection to the right people to get sponsorship for such huge amount of money.

I would say. Let them pump this stock up for couple days and buy puts somewhere between the last day price of 07/06/20 - " $70 " and the peak price.
Hypothetical example ( it is my own opinion ) If it reach $150 and started at PPS=$70, buy puts at the range of $110-120. Price will back soon to below $100 levels and you will benefit after week or two.
