Mitesco did not close their Placement for $15 MM US dollars and is currently looking at alternative financing. Hence why it has been now almost 3 months since they opened the PP with no word from the company. Normally placements take a day or two to close at most. It was a failure unfortunately.

This has somewhat delayed the Mycare rollout and any acquisition plans.

I do not know if the company will ever release this information to the investor public or just let it drift away like dust in the wind. You are welcome to call the company however to see what they say.

The move to 5 cents in the face of this has been impressive though I must say.
