COHO is a shell, not a shell risk. The fact that Orie requested removal of the wrong designation proves that he’s playing dumb to inspire false hope.

Ask yourself why the R/S, the corporate name change and the 1-A were all abandoned... Orie has no leverage with the SEC because he purchased the control block of a dirty shell. The stock is useless to him until he cleans it up by resolving the current SEC delinquency dating back to 2005.
