Independently of what we see on Level 2, what matters is the selling and buying pressure, or supply and demand.

Level 2 is a trap. Many times you have a wall at a certain price, with several MMs there. Suddenly there is strong buying pressure, and they move up immediately, and the wall disappears.

So what matters is buying and selling pressure.
