There have been a number of pumpers indicate a run coming. The last one was even able to get some buying going, but after over a BILLION shares the PPS did not move. There are many billions of outstanding shares, BLSP refuses to come out of the basement, all of their projects are disasters, so it is highly unlikely any run happens.
