You were right. There was an interesting debate on television about this yesterday. Dutch policy makers are really struggling trying to tackle this complex problem.

We have about 200 biomass factories in the Netherlands (if I heard it right). But not enough supply. So what they have been doing is cutting down trees and light them up. They are not supposed to be doing that. They are only supposed to be using the waste products.

Hemp (waste product) I think would solve the issue in a heartbeat. But of course we do not have hemp in the Netherlands. They don't know what to do with this problem. They may turn to gas again. Go figure.
