Scottrade latest BS is that SAI is not eiligible to be transfereed through DTCC. Says it does not have Cusip#. I asked that they put that in writing to me in a letter form. Said they would have to run that through complaince/risk management. Said it would be a week or so with Christmas and all. When I do not receive it I will reference the conversation and ratchet up another notch.
