Good post. I agree with many of your points.

First of all before the gold bull got rolling I believe there was a sense of urgency to do something with the multiple properties we owned. I remember in an interview (I think it was with the fellow from Crux) Dan was asked that very question about the Company biting off too much with too many properties. Dan so much agreed that was the case without coming out and admitting it. No doubt Dan was feeling the pressure to get something done and soon. IMO that's why PC was most likely a deal that FMG management left a lot on the table so they could get it out of the way and concentrate on Goldlund, which we now know was already in the works and nearly a done deal.

I assume FMG management knew potentially how much gold was on PC, but IMO instead of Auteco getting an 80/20 cut of the property it should have been more like 70/30 or even 60/40, but for them having to do something quickly with PC they gave up 80/20. That's water under the bridge now and can't be changed, but it would appear now Auteco made out very well in this deal and FMG got someone to handle the PC property for them.

In hindsight I don't know why they didn't do things almost opposite the way they were done. Do the silver streaming agreement first and take the pressure off Dan as far as funding operations for the next few years and getting shareholders off his back. They could have then announced the Goldlund deal. Leaving PC, Cameron, and Hope Brook to do very good deals on as the bull market matured and very favorable offers came to the table for FMG. That's my 2 cents.

Springpole is the number one priority now and having money coming in close to the time the permitting is completed is something they want to do too. Being able to concentrate on moving Springpole forward most likely played a big part of why they wanted to get some of the other properties already done and out of the way.

The PC deal is in the books. I hope Dan makes better agreements with Cameron and Hope Brook if they choose to deal them. IMO Cameron is something we may want to mine ourselves. Keith said there's a lot of gold on Cameron.
