On May 18, 2017 the Company raised the number of authorized shares of common
stock to 5,000,000,000 and added two classes of Preferred Stock: Preferred A, with
500,000 authorized shares and Preferred B, with 1,000,000 authorized. All of the
Preferred A was issued to Management. Also, 2,000,000,000 common shares were
issued to Management.
