Guess I’d like to better understand why this IP was never brought to market. Was it because the ideas were just not that good to begin with and intentionally looked past? Or were they developed late and simply just didn’t get the same exposure as Stan’s earlier work.

Also as you pointed out does this IP fit with GBIs “content with a purpose” mission? Or do they deviate away in order to “grow shareholder value”

Would seem to me that today’s announcement brings Andy on step closer to selling GBI. Disney was passed over for this deal. This might be Disney’s opportunity to get it by overpaying for it.

That’s where I think this is all heading.

Question is for how much? Even if they can get $2B that’s less than $10 a share. We were nearly $12 just a few weeks ago. Believe that type of upside potential may be gone forever because they have diluted shareholders to death.
