I don't believe we get the .42% on each 1 share until the 15th or 16th of July when the merger is posted with the sec as completed.
I know that it looks like its complete but in looking at the pr, it says until the 15 of July.

This may be why we are trading lightly.

They did post a PR indicating that they had requested an extended date.

The extended date is to the 15th or 16th if I remember correctly.

Just my opinion.
