Maybe thats why OTCX moved from .10 to .85 when the $22,000,000 was approved to move forward. This would be .24+ right now if people didn't dump their way out of every position in the OTC these days. As LINK said, this can jump from .05 to $3 in a matter of minutes with the right news.
