Thats because of the market this scam is trying to get into. AFRICA is a dogs breakfast. Even Africans have a saying for whats wrong in the continent,TIA which means THIS IS AFRICA after all.
The Chinese have bought the diamond mines and whatever else they get their hands on. Charitable organizations and well intentioned others have pumped billions upon billions of dollars into Africa for decades with poor results.
Famine, civil strife, poverty and poaching continues unabated to this day.
Nothing changes in AFRICA.
